Kathleen Carr Vice President
Kathleen is a highly experienced business, marketing and operations executive and consultant. Her career has spanned more than 25 years and included senior management positions with Pacific Telephone/ATT, and high level consulting projects with major telephone companies, cable and satellite TV companies and financial organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently she was VP of Business Operations at Pacific Crossing Limited in San Francisco while the company was prepared for the eventual sale to NTT Com, Japan.
Bill Wiltschko Director, Database Assets
Bill is an engineer (Yale) and MBA (Harvard) with extensive analytical and high tech management experience at Intel Corporation, Deloitte Consulting and other companies. As technical advisor to Intel’s CEO, he worked on international business development, process improvements and patent partnering.
As the Ford account manager, he led Intel into the automotive markets. He was a board member of the Intel Credit Union and holds a number of performance awards and technical and accounting certifications.
Bill has taught courses on production and business process improvement and authored and presented numerous technical and business papers. He has software startup experience at three companies, one of them his own.

During his architectural career he was an early adopter of green technology, utilizing passive and active solar design and energy saving techniques in commercial and residential construction. He has participated
in private and public offerings and is experienced in leading high technology development teams and product-to-market software successes. He is a recognized authority on complex large-scale databases, computer-based Intellectual Property Management and a public speaker on emerging computer and Internet technologies with a recent ten year focus on Internet security and privacy.
